dc.description.abstract | In today's business environment, business competition has increased due to market needs and advancement in technologies. This forces organizational managers and consultants to identify techniques that enable organizations to cope with an ever-changing business environment. In their efforts, many organizational performance improving techniques have been discovered. Among the techniques discovered, business process re-engineering is the technique reported to improve business processes for enhanced organizational performance.
