Abstract
This book aims to focus on the general treatment of the basic principles of the law of torts with a view to bridging the gap which has been existing for years. The style of writing adopted in this book is tailored to combat the basic problems a beginner in this area is likely to encounter, bearing in mind the fact that the nature of the subject is subtle for the beginner to locate and grasp The book covers twelve aspects of the law of torts in the following order:
