dc.description.abstract	Briefly, PW1 Halima Tsino, a girl of 14 years of age at the time of the alleged incident, testified and told the trial District Court of Babati that on 1/9/2002 at 4.00 p.m. she and PW2 Daniel Slaa took the cattle they were herding to Mutuka river to drink water. While there the appellant appeared, seized her hand and dragged her to a nearby bush where he raped her while holding her throat in order to stop her from raising an alarm.	en_US
